Accessibility
Xendat is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest practical audience. We aim to design and maintain Xendat.com in alignment with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and to improve the experience as standards and technologies evolve.
Measures we have taken
- Semantic HTML5 landmarks, headings, and lists throughout
- Skip-to-main-content link on every page
- Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements
- Keyboard-accessible navigation, dropdowns, and accordions
- All images include descriptive alternative text
- Color contrast tested to WCAG 2.2 Level AA requirements
- Form fields use visible labels — no placeholder-only labels
- Error messages are linked to the fields they describe
- Accessible error summary at the top of the contact form
- Reduced-motion support via
prefers-reduced-motion - Page remains readable and navigable without JavaScript
- Content uses plain language and clear link text
Known limitations
We have not yet completed a formal independent accessibility audit. We are aware of the following potential limitations and are working to address them:
- Third-party components (Cloudflare Turnstile) may have accessibility characteristics outside our direct control
- SVG diagrams (maturity path, capability wheel) include equivalent accessible HTML alternatives; screen-reader experience with the SVGs themselves may vary
